This cocktail is a perfect blend of healthful and celebratory. You can make these with or without the rum. Hopefully you are enjoying poolside or someplace with the equivalent amount of chill. The combinations are endless. Let us know if you come up with something you love.
Kombucha Mojitos with CBD bitters
1 lime cut into wedges
8-12 leaves fresh mint
1 TB of coconut sugar (optional)
2 ounces Sinship silver rum (optional)
1 dropper full of Cordial Organics Limited Edition Hibiscus Bitters
1 kombucha (we used Brew Dr. Mint Lemonade) for topping
Add 4 lime wedges, the mint and the coconut sugar to the bottom of your glass, using a muddler or even the end of a wood spoon muddle the lime, mint and sugar together. Smash everything together to release the juices.
Fill about half the glass with ice and then add the rum, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Top the glass with a little more ice and then pour Kombucha over, add dropper full of Hibiscus CBD Bitters and gently stir to combine. Garnish with fresh mint. Enjoy!
